Food Safety Guidance

Food safety is a key priority at Al Rahim Foods. All dishes are prepared fresh and follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to ensure the highest quality at the time of collection or delivery.

Our food is intended to be consumed immediately or within a few hours of leaving our premises. If the food is not consumed straight away, it must be cooled and stored safely.

If storing food for later consumption, please follow these guidelines:

  • Allow food to cool naturally before refrigeration
  • Do not place hot food directly into the fridge
  • Store food in clean, sealed containers
  • Keep refrigerated at a temperature below 8°C
  • Consume refrigerated food within 3 days
  • Reheating guidance:
  • Reheat food thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout
  • Food should only be reheated once
  • Consume immediately after reheating

We do not recommend freezing our food. Any leftovers should be disposed of responsibly and should not be shared with third parties due to the risk of contamination or improper temperature control.
